(First screening online application period) - Application Requirements
- ・Healthy, non-Japanese aged 20 and above (not available to Japanese)
・Able to communicate in either English or Japanese at business level
・Able to obtain a visa for a 14-30 day period
・Apply for insurance specified by the TOHOKU365 executive committee
・Eat 2-3 meals per day plus snacks, and to learn the story, roots and history behind the meals
・Tour all 6 of the Tohoku prefectures as much as possible - Applicant Qualities
- ・Those with strong feelings towards the revival of the Tohoku area
・Those who enjoy eating
・Those interested in primary industry/food industry/production sites
・Those who use SNS etc. regularly
・Those who are good at writing, photography and video production
・Those with a curiosity for everything - Travel Conditions
- ・Eat 2-3 meals per day plus snacks, paying attention to ingredients
・Travel around all 6 prefectures in Tohoku - Report Method
- ・Submit 1-3 reports daily, as either an article (text & photos) or a video (fully edited)
・Summarize basic information in the reports, such as means of transport and location - Payment
- 1 million yen (before tax) to travel for 30 days
※Total amount will be split into 4 separate payments, which will be paid throughout the travel period
※If length of stay is less than 30 days, payment will be calculated at a daily rate.
（Those with a visa period of 15 days will be paid 500,000 yen before tax）
※A deduction of 20.42% will be withheld for tax purposes in accordance with Japan’s laws and regulations - Selection Process

Upload a 1 minute self-promotion video to be judged on a video sharing website such as YouTube.

SKYPE interview（Number of finalists to be selected：10） - Primary Selection Details
- ・Create a 1 minute self-promotion video and upload it to YouTube or any other video sharing website. Send the following information with your application:
① Video URL / ② Nickname / ③ Nationality / ④ E-mail address
・Please make the video in either English or Japanese, or use your native language and add either Japanese or English subtitles.
・Judging will be based on whether or not the applicant fits the type of person we are looking for, so please be sure to include those points in your self-promotion video.
・Applicants who advance to the second screening will be announced via video sharing websites such as YouTube.
