CURRY RAMEN
The beautiful city of Hirosaki is composed of multiple restaurants as diverse as each other, between Indian, Pakistani, French or American one they are stand in this gastronomically multicultural city.
It is also important to take your time to walk around the small alleys to find good restaurants which are still well hidden from tourists. I visited the restaurant «”Soba Shoka Fukutei” located twenty minutes away from the railway station.
As I had no idea about what to choose between udon or ramen, I decided to rely on the advice of the kind waitress and who recommended curry ramen. This restaurant is well known for producing excellent different types of noodles but the place is unfortunately still unknown to tourists.
Contrary to appearances, the curry is sweet, leeks retain their crispness in the soup and chicken slightly absorbed the taste of curry broth. Japanese curry is very significant and is reworked in different recipes.
This is a good opportunity to discover all kinds of curry in the city of Hirosaki.
